Canadian Halloweens can be tricky, the weather can be anywhere from warm to freeze my candy cold.
Halloween is a full on production in my house. Costume planning starts months in advance… not always executed early enough to keep moms stress down, but planned none the less.
Walmart always has a great collection of Halloween costumes for 18 inch dolls. They seem to fit all the brands of dolls well, and in the past they have ranged between $10.00 to $15.00.
We even did a true Canadian test on these costumes, how would they hold up to the years when we have to put costumes over or under our costumes.
I have to say the snow pants under the costume is my favorite look. My kids have sported this look for at least 50% of their Halloweens.
Maplelea makes these darling cute Trick or Treat Bags. My kids love playing Halloween with their dolls, thank goodness for awesome neighbors who play along with them. A mini chocolate bar will fit into one of these bags with ease.
Thursday’s post will be a simple DIY witch costume, I can’t wait to show you all. It’s simple enough my 9 and 12 year old were able to sew ones themselves!
